PSJ has successfully shepherded many high rises office buildings and commercial properties through LEED certification. We provide and implement green cleaning policies, measures and spend analysis during performance period for LEED certification.

GREEN CLEANING
Our company’s mission to minimize its operational impact on the community is highlighted by our commitment to maintain all accounts in an environmentally conscious manner. In close partnership with our customers, our team of in house experts will systematically evaluate each property to determine the most effective green cleaning maintenance program. Implementing LEED standards set forth by the USGBC and utilizing the latest technologies and equipment to support green initiatives. We ONLY use environmentally preferable products, chemicals and the most current and effective tools. All the products, equipment and procedures are approved by the U.S Green Building Council (Green Seal, EPA, ECO-LOGO and Carpet and Rug Institute).
RECYCLING
We understand the importance of properly separating recyclables and participating in programs to assist with environmental concerns. A complete recycling program and a source reduction plans is essential when developing a program to minimize waste. We can recommend recycling plans and ideas, implement programs, and provide the proper containers required for your facility.
