PSJ is always looking for highly skilled employees with previous janitorial experience.
- Operations – Operations management positions for individuals with previous management experience.
- Lead – As a lead worker, this position is responsible for the overall building and serves as the primary contact for employees and Paragon Services Janitorial management.
- Floor Specialist / Waxer – Provides all types of floor and carpet care and assists with additional cleaning duties.
- Janitor (night shift) – General cleaning of commercial office buildings. Reports directly to PSJ Lead / Supervisor.
- Day Porter (day shift) – General cleaning of common areas in commercial office buildings. Reports to PSJ Supervisor and communicates with building management on a daily basis.
Positions are located throughout San Diego County. Benefits eligibility is determined based on location & union contract entitlements.
